Former Pitt Panther who transferred for his final year of eligibility. Good hands and speed - has big play potential. Was doing alright at Pitt, until receptions went from 21 in 1996 to 4 in 1997. Sat out '98 before moving on to IUP. Worth a look.
Mike Hull Ottawa (KS) 6'5" 230 Sr.
Two-time All-NAIA who could really thrive in a TE-friendly offense. Real go-to-guy with great hands and surprising quickness. Had over 900yds in receptions in '98.
Mike Leach William & Mary 6'4" 240 Sr.
Excellent athlete who has played WR and has a 40+yd average as a punter. Averages 11+ yards per reception and posesses game smarts, decent speed, and great hands. PK too!
Chris Hemmert Millersville 6'5" 255 Sr.
Has developed into a go-to guy who has steadily improved his game including blocking skills. Reliable in the clutch, mobile, and a good-sized target.
Ike Ihjeto Kentucky State 6'5" 255 Sr.
AFCA All-American despite missing a couple of games due to injury.  Excellent blocker, which is his primary responsibility in KSU offense, who makes the catch when called on. 1999 Stats: 9 rec,164 yds,18.2 avg.
Jim Golomski Pittsburgh State 6'4" 251 Sr.
1st Team Daktronics All-Midwest Region and 3-time All Conference receiver who supplied half of PSU's receiving TDs. Averaged 16.4 yds/reception. Good blocker for offense that runs the ball 6x more than passes.
Travis Brightbill Wofford 6'3" 250 Sr.
Good blocking tight end with decent size and pass receiving ability. Dependable in the red zone. 1999 Stats: 4 rec., 86 yards, 21.5 avg, 2 TDs
Ron Teat Arkansas State 6'3 256 Sr.
A quality reciever, has decent speed and good size.  Has also been a very effective blocker.  1999 Stats: 11 catches for 125 yds, 11yds/rcpt
Mandeep Atwal Lindenwood (MO) 6'3" 260 TE
Native of British Columbia. Good size, made some pressure catches including TD catches in overtime. Cool, calm, strong, reliable. 1999 Stats: 17 rec, 256 yds 15.1 avg, 2 TDs
Darrell Ramsey Findlay 6'5" 250 Sr.
Solid receiver who did not play in '98. All-Conference 2nd in '99. Good size, hands, big target. 1999 Stats: 53 rec, 971 yds, 18.3 avg, 9 of team's 11 TD receptions.
